THIS IS THE BIZGUIDE MORTGAGE NEWS SPECIAL MARCH 2007 EDITION

WITH THE MORTGAGE GUIDELINES TIGHTENING IT'S TIME TO RAISE YOUR SCORES HERE'S HOW.

The Credit Score Guide

Hello!

I worked for hours on this guide today. It can make a huge difference in your life for years to come if you use it. Please print it out. Live with it. Share it. Don't loose it, use it. Mortgage financing is tightening, as you may have heard, so this is a perfect time to look at this topic.

The knowledge in the attached file will create opportunities for years to come; opportunities to increase your borrowing power, opportunities to increase your personal comfort level, change your living situation, have what you want, and give to others.

Start with yourself. Give yourself high credit scores. More than 90% of the credit reports I see have errors.

Don't do it so you can spend more now, do it so you can get what you want when you really need it.

Some people wonder why credit record mistakes are their responsibility. They didn't make the mistakes. Frankly, I can't explain it, but it is! That makes it easier for me to tell you this: you should aggessively dispute any and all degrogatory entries. Just use the correct verbage to do so. If the disputed item is not confirmed within 30 days by the creditor then the bureau must remove it from your record. With businesses and personnel changing so often you can hope to see benefits for disputing every derog on your report.

Face it, few people have any interest in your credit report's accuracy. Do you?

Use this document and you will know how to fix it, use it, and keep it accurate.

(You are receiving this email because you and I talked about personal financial matters.)

To Your Success,

The significant problems in life cannot be
solved from the same made-up thinking
that created them.
-Albert Einstein-

News Flash: Credit bureaus were once operated by not-for-profit corporations. They were not paid based on the number of derogatory entries. Now, the bureaus are paid more for records with degrogatory information! So,who's going to remove the derogs from your credit report if you don't? They get paid more for reports with degrogatory information in them. They make more money if your credit report has degrogatory entries! If you were the manager you wouldn't be paying your staff to reduce your company's income, would you? Go figure.
