The job of a loan consultant, loan officer, or loan originator are under great scrutiny in today's market. For example, the Construction Loan program we use is the easiest in the nation. You will get personal attention throughout the loan process. A completed 1003, "ten oh three", is an unavoideble step in any loan application process. By completing and submitting this 4 page form your loan is taken seriously from the outset. Many times borrowers over look or misunderstand this step as a final step. It is an intial step. After that the supporting documentation is meant to verify the information on the 1003. The 1003 is often called a "loan application".

  • Often, our ideas on how to finance your plan will be more creative and even less expensive, or more profitable, than what you may have in mind.

  • Whether it be personal or business, we will download your credit report, with your written and verbal permission of course, and merge it with your 1003 data in our software. Then we analyze your borrowering profile and suggest loan scenarios. We will carefully go over your credit report with you so that you can be well prepared to complete your application process. A full ninety percent of all credit reports have errors. Some of these errors can be repaired within days using a rapid rescoring or credit supplementation process only available to mortgage officers.
